FAQ

Which plants need a moss pole?

A moss pole is particularly helpful for climbing plants and plants with aerial roots that need support to grow upwards. Typical plant species that thrive on a moss pole include:

  • Monstera
  • Philodendron
  • Syngonium
  • Epipremnum / Pothos
  • Scindapsus
  • Anthurium
  • Alocasia
  • and many more...
Why do certain plants need a moss pole?

Many climbing plants thrive in nature when they twine up trees, branches, or trunks. A moss pole in a pot mimics this natural environment and provides support for the plants, allowing them to develop as they would in their natural habitat.

The moss pole supports the vertical growth of your plant while saving space. Regular misting keeps the aerial roots moist , further promoting healthy growth. At the same time, the pole provides stability and prevents your plant, especially those with heavy leaves, from drooping or breaking.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Our moss sticks, as well as all other products we offer, are made from PLA. This is a plastic made from renewable, plant-based raw materials such as cornstarch or sugarcane . Compared to conventional petroleum-based plastics, PLA is considered a more environmentally friendly alternative. Under the right conditions, the material is biodegradable .

Where are your products manufactured?

As a young start-up, we produce our products locally in Germany , more precisely in Dresden . It's important to us to combine short supply chains, fair conditions, and meticulous craftsmanship. That's why we consciously focus on "Made in Germany" and develop and manufacture our products with great attention to detail right here on site.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been received and processed, shipping typically takes up to 5 business days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we ship via Hermes for €5.90. If your delivery address is in Germany and your order exceeds €70, shipping is free. We also ship to almost all EU countries. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
